This group is dedicated to the physical, emotional and spiritual well being of it's members. I hope to bring healthy minded individual together to cover a multitude of topics related to health and healing. We will be meeting on a regular basis at my office, Gonstead Spine Institute, where myself and others will be giving lectures and discussing ways to regain and maintain your optimal health and well being.
